In Ultra Laboratories we are aware of the prominent social responsibility that we have acquired with our Customers so in such way we would not agree to jeopardize by any manner the healthcare of any of our consumers.

We are convinced that only by adding on the individual efforts it will be feasible to maintain this responsibility in progress.

We have committed ourselves with our business partners in each of the agreements to maintain the quality in our products and the service provided, with the sole objective to accomplish the realization in each commercial settlement attained.

It is therefore that, in order to gain the sustained success of our organization, the quality policy establishes:

• The fulfillment of the needs of the parties concerned to achieve their satisfaction.
• The continuous improvement of the processes and the quality management system, focused on the fulfillment of the established objectives
• Provide adequate training to our labourers to encourage them to participate in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Comprehend and guarantee the observance for all the pertinent Legal, Normative and Regulatory requirements.
• Periodically establish Quality Objectives, performing the surveillance of them.
